LLM Registration Guide

Before being able to run safety or alignment scans, you will have to register at least one Large Language Model (LLM) in the portal. You can connect your preferred LLMs to your account using API keys from supported providers such as OpenAI, TogetherAI, and Hugging Face. Follow these steps to register an LLM to your account:

Step 1: Access the LLM Registration Page

Navigate to the LLM Registration page on the portal. You can access it directly through your Account Settings page at the top of the portal. Here you can see and edit all the registered LLMs. Add a new LLM by clicking the "Register an LLM" button.

Finding Your API Keys

To register LLMs to your account, you will need to use API keys from your LLM provider. Below are instructions on how to find your API keys for OpenAI, TogetherAI, and Hugging Face.

OpenAI

  1. Log in to your OpenAI account: Visit the OpenAI platform.
  2. Navigate to API Keys: Once logged in, navigate to the API keys section.
  3. Create or View your Keys: If you don’t already have an API key, you can create a new one. Otherwise, you can view your existing keys listed on this page.

TogetherAI

  1. Access TogetherAI Settings: Go to the TogetherAI API keys page.
  2. Log In: Ensure you are logged into your TogetherAI account.
  3. Manage Your API Keys: Here you can generate a new API key or copy an existing key.

Hugging Face

  1. Visit Hugging Face Settings: Navigate to Hugging Face tokens.
  2. Log In to Your Account: Make sure you are signed into your Hugging Face account.
  3. Access Tokens: In the tokens section, you can either create a new access token or view your existing tokens.

Note: Keep your API keys secure and do not share them publicly. Each key provides access to your LLM provider's resources, and misuse can lead to unintended charges or access to your data.
